Personal experience and hearing of the personal experience of others. When that’s all you hear, and you’re not bisexual, you’re going to believe all of that gender are cheaters because that’s the only gender you date/have relationships with. A straight man isn’t going to believe all men cheat because he doesn’t date men. For him, all women cheat because they’re the ones who have cheated on him.

Cheaters think everyone cheats. People who would never cheat don't worry about their partner cheating on them. I've never worried about any of my partners cheating.

I don't but I certainly will point out inconsistencies that are common with cheating if I see them.
