There is no relationship if we are just friends? so if a girl said that to me , and I wanted to be more than just friends with her? , I would say , why don’t we be more than just friends? To basically let her know I am interested in her , i woukd wait for her answer on whether it’s yes or no. . If I didn’t want more with her , I would just assume her and I were just friends and leave it at that
