The truth is that guys tend to choose girls who share a few similar traits to their moms. (I noticed this with my ex hubbie and my ex boyfriend.) it was almost comical. The problem, though is that he’s then emotionally and mentally always trying to keep things balanced between me and the mom… but tbh things always worked out bc I would connect with the mom and we’d always get on swimmingly. Truth? I still chat with both moms today (bc each has a wealth of knowledge about things for the house, etc.) though not at all with either guy (bc… reasons).
