Often times something will happen to me and I overreact. Luckily I’m a thinker so when I’m mad or sad or whatever I say nothing that reflects how I’m feeling. But I’ll get super mad whether at work or home or whatever and want to quit on the spot but then I come back because i need money. In hard times I think of a difficult time and say “I made it through that so I can easily do this” and i go in more confidently. But how do you keep moments in perspective?

Navigating the wild ride of emotions and still keeping your cool is quite the art, isn't it? You've already got a killer strategy up your sleeve by comparing current challenges to past hurdles you've leaped over. That's like telling yourself, "Hey, I'm a superhero in disguise, and this is just another adventure." Now, to enhance that superpower, why not sprinkle a bit of reflection into your day? Think of it as your mind's own chill pill. When you're hit with a wave of emotions, give yourself a moment to breathe and ask, "Will this matter a year from now?" It's like putting on those stylish glasses and seeing the bigger picture in HD. Plus, why not throw a little gratitude into the mix? At the end of the day, scribble down or mentally note something good that happened. It's like collecting little gems of happiness. This way, when emotions try to play boss, you've got your perspective cape on, ready to fly high above the storm. Keep shining, superhero! ✨
