That wasn't true for me because I was never interested in having kids. I just wanted sex, companionship and friendship. More than friends with benefits.

I didn't think about getting married until I was in my early 30s. After a couple more long term relationships, I finally met my future wife when I was 40. We got married two years later. She's 2.5 years younger.

We've been happily married now for almost 28 years, had LOTS of fun, and built a wonderful life together. She's my best friend. We are a team and trust each other completely. I would be lonely and miserable without her.

My belief is that the reason the vast majority of guys will not take the vast majority of women seriously is because deep down inside he knows serious relationships are reserved for higher quality women. And a higher quality woman is up the ladder. What is at the top of the ladder? Wife material. As the quality of women goes down, the incentive for a guy to invest his life/trust in women goes down.

Well, for 1 rich people will have less people to exploit, the economy might stabilize from less supply & demand, the required food will be more abundant. Humans have overpopulated as is and the planet is suffering from it and corporate greed. Humans don't have natural enemies besides themselves. Reducing the human population may help the human race to be perfectly honest. Hell, that's partly what wars are for, a legal means of genocide. Humanity has been parasitic for far too long, and needs to be changed. Humanity is part of the ecosystem of the planet and has fought against it for so long it's killing the planet. Im fine with people holding back to reduce population and just enjoying the lives they have rather than just live the way we are fed
