Is it a red flag if a guy I am talking to keeps on following and unfollowing girls who dont follow him back on instagram?

So we have been talking since 4 months and he keeps on saying that he likes me and that I'm the only girl he talks to etc but his instagram behavior says otherwise, I have noticed that he follows a lot of girls and when they don't follow him back he will unfollow them, so what caught my attention recently is there's a girl whom he keeps on following and unfollowing (I saw him doing it 4 times) and each time she accepts his follow request but doesn't follow him back so he unfollows her and then again follows her, I feel he's trying hard to get her attention. I'm not sure how I should think about this, is it better that I end my communication with him? We were planning to have a date as we know each other but this behavior seems to just throw me off amd I feel he doesn't really value my presence and is a liar too.

I'm starting to think that using the term "red flag" unironically is kinda stupid. I guess it isn't as bad as lot of other shitty zoomer slang... but there seems to be a mass migration away from people actually saying what they mean towards using the lamest slang imaginable and very little actual communication.

Anyway... Yes. That is a sign that the guy is exceedingly immature and not in proper control of his life.

A red flag for what? If what he's doing is throwing you too far off your own mode of thinking then yeah, reconfigure your plans and don't go out with the guy.
