Would you date someone who likes to cosplay?

I have never been really into cosplaying, but my wife loved it when she was younger and we often went to cons.

Nowadays she cosplays only for Halloween or when she wants to take a quick pic to post on Istagram, or just to have some fun and laughs between ourselves. What I like is that she takes requests from me, so sometimes she plays as my favorite heroine.

I think the idea of simping for someone else's fictional character shows a degree of subservience I'm not comfortable with. When I wear elaborate outfits, I do them as myself... because that is who I am.
