10s of thousands of lives saved and the constitutional order of the issue was restored.

We are now once again addressing the issue in the political sphere in the same place we address every other question of murder and/or medical procedure.

This also adds anther tool to deal with the crisis threatening the existence of our civilization in the form of demographic collapsed due to low birth rates.

A sociality needs 2 things to function, 1: people and 2: Tax revenue to pay people to do things.

Everyone should be forced to contribute in both areas and in every way they don't contribute in one they must contribute more in the other.
If you don't want to raise children you should pay for the rest of your life thou the nose for that biological freeloading privlage.

That's an interesting idea, I was just telling someone the other day that there are going to have to be some pretty radical solutions proposed to incentivize family formation. That a very interesting way to frame it, either have kids or be required to contribute in some other way.

In 2016-2019 I believed in ‘Pro Life’ however I flipped to ‘Pro Choice’, I didn’t see it as a big thing since I’m a guy, I now believe that the choice lies between her and herself alone though I’m speaking honestly as a man who believed that abortion was evil & bad & immoral however there are layers to it and real lives on the line when that right is taken away.

I don’t belong in the discussion since this is a woman issue that impacts women, what I brought to the table was a lack of empathy issue caused by lack of self reflection / research of both sides of the isle. Women aren’t 2nd class citizens, they play an important role of society and should treated as such. Thank you!

Anything always could change. The Court goes with the politics of the majority of justices, not unbiased application of the law the way it should.

@jeremy_09 That's not quite so because many decisions are 9-0. Roe was a weak case, but it's result was entrenched in society, so this Dobb's result is disquieting a bit. In the long-run, I am not concerned because women ultimately will get a right to an abortion, but the situation sucks for women now. Right now, I am more concerned about overturning Obergefell denied bans on same-sex marriage. Our society is already significantly altered for the better because of it. Overturning Obergefell would be an upheaval to society.

Roe was not based on the legality of abortion, it created a right of privacy that doesn't exist in the Constitution. It is a state issue, and good that it is back in the hands of the states. I don't expect abortion will be an issue in my own life, but I am pro-choice, so I would vote pro-choice, and live in a pro-choice state if I needed to.

@jeremy_09 I know what Roe was based on. I asked Sarah Weddington in person in March or April 1992. She is the lawyer who represented "Jane Doe". Yeah, the 10th Amendment is poorly worded...
