Good, although if Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey get thrown out and abortion becomes entirely a state issue, Texas is one of about a dozen states that will probably just unilaterally ban abortions, in which case SB8 would be made obsolete.

Giving a legal precedent for vigilante justice is a HORRIBLE idea. If you dont care about abortion rights then perhaps you care about the gun control version they are crafting in California? Basically, you can use this ruling to circumvent law and allow citizens to attack virtually any right or legal protection you want including constitutionally protected ones. Needless to say, its an incredibly stupid and dangerous ruling.
