What should I do if I keep calling my guy friend for panic attacks/anxiety attacks?

Lately, I've had frequent panic or anxiety attacks and for some reason, I prefer to call this guy friend over others. He is really empathic and listens to me well plus we are too close.

Maybe because I became grateful I threw out words saying that he must have been sent by God to help me or he's God sent so that I won't be alone in facing the challenges. This guy also has anxiety attacks so he completely understands.

We've been trauma bonded I think because not only did we help each other when we have sicknesses in our digestive but also in our anxiety attacks. We share tips and advice and he frequently helps me in advising what medicines to drink.

Whenever I get triggered, I am forced to call him to calm myself down. He must have been alarmed because he really tried consoling me on that day then the next day he also sent me a long message saying I should appreciate the small things or progress and It was actually a message only a person who loves someone can send. So, that was when i said to him that he is God sent.

The next call I did, he began to act shy in his voice when we talk or I'm hearing things. During these "session", i sort of "use" him to talk about many things about my life. Like a therapy session. It seems like he is embracing the role and even said that we are together in this journey of healing.

What should I do about this? It feels like If I continue this, things might be complicated but I can't really help to lean on someone
