In general, who deals better with a break up and moves on fast, men or women & why?

Speaking from my own experiences and people who i see, i say it's girls!

Don't know where i read that if a guy leaves and comes back it's easy but the moment a girl decides to leave, she will never come back or it's very hard for her to come back!

If a girl dumps you, it's very easy for her to cope because everyone will stand by her side and cheer her up especially her close female friends!

When a girl dumps you and wants to be in a new relationship, she doesn't have to search or make any effort to be with a man, all she have to do is to pick one of the guys who are drooling over her and willing to be slaves under her feet!

Sex is a lot easier for a woman, she can find d*cks everywhere as if it's raining while a man might he lucky to find one and in the end she wants to be paid for her services while the girl receives everything for free!

When a girl leaves you and her mood is down, all she have to do is log in on any of her social media accounts and she will find countless dogs all praising her beauty, kindness, sexy, all words of empowerment while when you log in, you will only see negative things and that's if you find someone to check on you!

The list goes on, can't mention everything...

Men probably do. (They’re able to switch off and move to something else faster while women are still sorting through their feelings.)
Men also don’t typically allow themselves the right amount of processing time bc of the expectation to be “tough” so perhaps women heal from the wounds of love better because they take that longer time at the start while men push past and just deal with whatever scars they have when they look back and think about them.

Miss dish i'm a man that if a woman did something wrong with me and hurt me, also broke up with me for whatever reason, i'll move on fast and after couple of months, she will be deleted from life completely but here's where the wound is very hard to heal or might never heal, it's always about (how could she did this to me?), (how can she forget everything that we have been through!), (how can she forget all the good times that we had spent together?), (how can she leave and live her life normally as if i wasen't there at all?), (is it possible that she's thinking about me to fix things up to return to me the way i did when i made mistakes with her?) Oh no, you're angel thinking about all these, dude she's living her life to the max, everyday going with a guy or with friends partying, the last thing she will think of is you and if she did, it's only to hurt you more!

That's the type of questions and answers and compliments i receive miss dish, it's all about me, i find it so hard to cope when i give my whole self to someone and does everything to make them happy, lost everything for them and even saved their lives couple of times and in the end, i won't be treated like a stranger, it's either an enemy or someone who doesn't exists at all!

What's funny about the whole story is when you were both in a relationship together, she kept saying that you are her everything, she's willing to die for you, without you she's dead, i will never leave you no matter what you do, cuddle you, kiss you and bla bla bla, at the end all these words and acts vanishes and when you remind them about their promises, they simply answer that they have changed and leave!

Sooo, enough! I just don't wanna be hurt anymore!

Sometimes i ask god, why did he created me with such a loving and caring mind and heart while others are made of fortified concrete ☹

In our infancy we all have loving and caring hearts, Tony, but some people grow up in the light of their family’s love and some don’t. Like a tree, then, some of us grow strong and others are weaker, surrounded by weeds and thistles….

When a person whose heart is warped this way comes into a relationship they mess with the person whose heart is strong and offered openly.

Those with an open heart aren’t the weak ones. They’re the ones intended to lead the way.

To the point of being a man… I’m sure that even with a good heart, the priority is still “protect and defend” your family first. Tending to the wounded heart isn’t the priority. That’s what I meant in my comment. Women — GOOD women — by contrast, work through the pain and mend the broken heart bc it’s the center of who they are, the source of every thought and action in the world, not just in their own small personal life.

Of course some women are bogged down with obligations that don’t allow them to mend… and some men DO have the luxury to stop and check in with their feelings sooner rather than later, but those tend to be exceptions.

Other exceptions are “evil” or “corrupt” hearts that refuse to recognize they’re doing something bad in destroying the life and peace or another person…. Those men and women typically can’t be helped. Only they can stop themselves if they WANT to see logic and reason.

I don't believe that there are any hard and fast rules to answer this question.

I reacted like my husband died when he left me and my new baby son.

I still took excellent care of my son. He has always been number one in my life.

Even though I felt like I was dying inside, my friends marvelled at how clean and we'll fed and taking care of my son just went on as usual. I didn't let my broken 💔 heart stop me from being the greatest Mom to him.

Although I, on the other hand stopped eating for 3 months. I would GaG on anything in my mouth. I drank whole milk and smoked a lot of cigarettes to get me through it.
Then I knew this young man who's girlfriend broke up with him and wouldn't even consider going back to him. He ended his life over it.

Tony, every case is different in my eyes.

I have never had a problem moving on, but I think in general guys do because so many give up their circle of friends when they are in a relationship and those guys usually do not cold approach women but instead spend weeks or even months plotting. Because of this, they get depressed at the daunting task ahead of them.

Notoriously not read the full thing. But it literally depends on who loved who more. I've recently broken up from an on again off again relationship. I can guarantee I cared more. Does he feel slightly hurt. Maybe, probably. But me, I'm the one who persud him. I put in the most effort. It will of course be me who hurts the most.

Now, if a guy did most of the footwork in a relationship, it will be he who falls the furthest. It just depends on who wanted who more.

This depends on the person and the connection they had, not the gender.

Most women I've gotten over fairly fast. But there was this one woman a few years. back that the end messed me up for an entire year. Likewise I have a lady friend that gets over most relationships fast but the last one she had has messed her up for over a year and a half and she's still messed up about it.
