i love texting my boyfriend and we text often but sometimes my texts get glazed over, for example i would say “tell her i said hi” and he would just continue the convo saying “she was etc etc” instead of smth along the lines of “ok i will”

i’ve been noticing this lately but most of the times he responds to what i say. he deals with anxiety and can become quite “panick-y” and im wondering if this affects his texting?

overall he’s an awesome guy and i love him very much. it’s not bothering me too much, but im just a curious about how guys text
