What do you do to get over an infatuation?

I usually stay infatuated with the same person for years but I am 26 and don’t want to waste time. Already wasted a year. I set up a date in two years time with my friend to discuss our current situation and see how far we have got from where we are now. How do you get over your infatuations?

First of all you have to understand who you are who we all are really it's going to sound crazy but we are more than just human beings.

If you understand our body chemistry what we are made of and how much of it it would surprise you but we are made of pure energy everything on this planet is energy made of energy if you know anything about energy it flows there's a positive and a negative they say opposites attract it's not opposites it's positives that attract that's the most beautiful feeling you will ever get in this world it is becoming one with another when we're on this planet our destiny is to become one with self that means love yourself one with others that means love everybody and one with this universe that's pure energy..

If we were to walk into a room you could be 500 ft away from me and I could look into your eyes that far but I could feel your energy I can feel that warmth there's a beautiful warm fuzzy feeling that just flows through your whole body and when you make love with somebody or if you're close with somebody that has that same connection it's beautiful it's most beautiful connection you will ever feel in this world

I will tell you this too when making love there's a moment right before you're going to have an orgasm where everything becomes clear you have clarity for a moment you can look into your partner's eyes and you can read their minds you can see everything that's going on in their life and they are just pumping you like crazy and you're thinking wow this guy really loves me I've never felt like this before nobody has ever touched me like this or done this to me everybody thinks that is love that is not love that is energy that is one becoming one with another pure Energy has nothing to do with love.
So for your infatuation it's because of what you feel body chemistry wise who's that person is how he treats you there is a bond there it's hard to find with other people because of the one-on-one connection that you have you can either make that grow or you can understand it and understand that it's not love it's just body chemistry it's energy and build from that or go out and find somebody else that you have that same connection with they're all around you everybody has the same vibe the same chemistry the same frequency the same energy but a different levels if you understand energy and who we truly are it will open your eyes to everything and your infatuation will become even deeper with a lot more people and you will find yourself and who you truly are too because love is powerful energy is powerful our minds are powerful and what we're here for on this planet is powerful it's a bond it's a love it's a choice to let go of all negative to believe in certain things give of yourself and smile be happy that's all of our destinies understand self first

I agree with people who say that a crush or infatuation is just a lack of information. Being open to the idea that there are parts of a person that you would not like is something that has always snapped me out of infatuation.

If I ever felt infatuated with a person, I knew I had to bring down some levels. They're not an angel. They're an Earth dweller just like me. And if I can think of many reasons why someone shouldn't be infatuated with me, I can do the same for them.

Think about all the flaws (ex: him farting or leaving his smelly socks on the floor) you would be dealing with if you were to live with him. If you're only think with just his positive traits and him see as perfect but not ok with the flaws, that's your answer.

It’s easy for me to numb my feelings. I also tend to think outside the box to not get carried away and be realistic with myself when I need to be. Infatuation and feelings can be blinding, it’s good to keep yourself in check.

I look at lust and infatuation logically. If the girl seems like a decent person, that makes her worthy of approach while tempering the infatuation as she is not an object, but a distinct human being. If she does not seem like a decent person, I recognize that she will likely be a negative in my life and that ends the infatuation and the desire to approach.
