What did I do wrong?

Alright so my boyfriend is on a completely different sleep schedule than me I'm on 3rd shift and this morning he woke me up after me not being asleep for more that 2 hours asking me to ride with him to his brother in laws new house to help him move because his phone was cut off and me being half asleep said why and couldn't his brother in law pick him up? He then didn't say anything back to me and went out to his car doing I don't know what and started slamming his car doors and I got up started getting dressed. I went outside after getting dressed he left and I had no clue he left. Did I do something wrong by not getting up? Aita?

Also he's been sorta moody for the past 4 days he said he's been having headaches, being snippy with me and he's been glued to his phone and ignores me when I try to talk to him while he's scrolling tik tok

Sounds more like he has anger issues or something happened. Maybe he wanted to surprise you but you needed sleep?

Wife and I do a lot wrong when sleepy cause we are just not awake. It's human!
