How do you differentiate between intuition and anxiety?

I’m aware that I have trust issues so I try to not listen to my relationship anxiety too much. But sometimes it’s really hard for me to differentiate between my intuition telling me something’s wrong vs my anxiety that stemmed from my trust issues… I remember I brushed off my anxiety about my ex cheating on me one time, but the feeling was super strong. Usually when I’m just feeling all anxious and all sus I can just ration with my mind. I came to find out that he was actually cheating on me and I should’ve trusted my gut feelings. But then how exactly do you differentiate between anxiety and intuition?
