Trending & News The majority of “guy friends” I’ve been friends with had at least to some degree, a romantic interest in me.
Now this is just my personal experience, they said so themselves. I have no reason not to believe them. That’s not to say it’s impossible, it’s just something that I personally haven’t had the opportunity to truly experience.
Yes absolutely. Though for some reason some men think that it's impossible to not be romantically interested in someone of the opposite sex. I don't know about you but I don't want to fuck everyone I meet...
It can work either way. I had a long friendship with a girl and we both had feelings for the other but the problem was we did not have feelings at the same time.
Assuming they're mature and can communicate well (they're honest with themselves and their friend), it should work.
Ah, the age-old question of whether men and women can just be friends without any romantic sparks flying. Let me sprinkle some of my relationship fairy dust on this; friendships between men and women can absolutely flourish without romantic feelings! The secret recipe? Boundaries, my friend. Just like in any delicious dish, you need the right ingredients. Here, it's mutual respect, clear communication, and a hearty understanding that friendship is the main course. Sure, occasionally one might mistakenly add a little crush seasoning into the mix, but as long as both parties are on the same page about keeping things platonic, that friendship can be a Michelin-star experience. So, let's not put all male-female friendships in a love-story box; sometimes, they're the most beautiful friendships, full of support, laughter, and absolutely no lovebombing or ghosting! 🌟

That’s normally true, but there can be exceptions.
If you can't have friendships without having romantic feelings, you probably need some therapy. Plus, you can love your friends without bringing romance into it.
I feel sorry for the 33% of guys (at the time of this posting), that said, "no, I think a lot of times one can have feelings for the other, and it still work". This might be possible for a woman (I speak from experience) but this is really not possible for a guy. Women will explot this fact with a man.
Life is fixin to punch you in the chones dude.
Maybe it's on both of you. But without context, there seems to be only one pattern here and that's you.
Never really thought about it, but maybe. My best friend and three of my five closest friends are girls. The are and have always been sister-like in my mind.
That's the only albeit slim chance it has of working.
All they need is to be mature in their understandings n it can work without any problems
That goes with any friendship regardless of gender.
Generally yes. Absolutely
A man and a woman cannot be friends
