He's really super sweet and highly affectionate after sex but if we take too long without, I notice he gets really a bit snappy already and not that sweet. He keeps looking at me more after sex and he said his love for me increases even further whenever we make love. He just acts like he's so in love although in fairness to him he does act lovingly still before sex but not that intense.

I don't know if it is his ploy to have more sex in the future or are all men like this.

Make him feel loved and wanted as well and you both will have a happy relationship over a miserable relationship. But if a girl stops being intimate and affectionate with me and treats me like a convenience, when she never did before? she better go hire herself a handy man to get things done because she isn’t getting shit from me , she dug her own grave with that shit. Intimacy and affection should bring the both of you closer together if you both love each other , you both give the same way you both want to receive , that’s how a relationship works and how a relationship survives and how love continues to grow between 2 people , if you can’t do that for your partner , don’t expect him to do shit for you. Another thing is, he could just be ‘feeling the heat’ during making love to you that afterwards he wants to continue that intimacy with cuddles, words of flattery, and just over all appreciation for you being in his life. Not that sex is the thing he wants but, the way you make love brings out the romantic desire as he gets the closest to you that two partners could ever get feeling your body brushed up against him makes him feel ‘whole’ or I’m over analyzing….
