Are you afraid of dying alone?

I’m not.

I’ve come to terms that I will never get married and have kids. If I reach a point where I am diagnosed with a terminal illness I will end it quickly after reaching out to relatives to let them know so they can have someone collect me.

About a month month and a half ago I buried my mom

She had full-blown Alzheimer's dementia

And when she was still all there that was one thing that I promised her that I would never put her in a home and that she would not die alone

The last past 8 months of her life I couldn't even leave the house really to go to work I couldn't work anymore I couldn't do anything anymore and that really screwed a lot of things up for me but it all is cool I did what I said I was going to do

To the last day of her life I walked into her room hospice had her so doped up on morphine I was so pissed off they had her for a week to give me a break and they promised that they would not do that to her because I told him not to do that to her no matter what
But anyway the point is it brought her back she couldn't communicate whatsoever now I knew that she could hear me I knew that they didn't feed her or give her water so I communicated by just saying open your mouth if you're thirsty and she would open her mouth and blah blah blah but anyway the morning of her death I walked in I was talking with her I asked her if she wanted something to drink she opened her mouth and usually I could squirt two syringe casings full of water into her mouth are some chicken soup broth but this time her mouth stayed open and I knew she was fighting for her life I gave her about eight syringe full of water a couple chicken broth and then she slowly closed her mouth and I knew she was gone right there

I went into the hospital once and I had passed out I fell over to the bed and as I was getting ready to hit my head onto the mattress right before my eyes I saw myself about the size of a dime looking into my eyes as I was falling to the bed I floated up to this light and I stood there and I watched the doctors the nurse there was two doctors and when they're in there I heard every word they said I watched every step they took and when they hit me with some ammonia I come too and I told them about my experience I told them every word that they said every step that they took.

And they they looked at each other they were puzzled how did I know all this and I had out of body experience
We are Spirit we are energy we are made of energy electrons electrodes energy never dies I believe when we die we leave our body our soul our spirit we take all of everything that we know we take it with us and our body our organs falls to the ground and that's it but everything else comes with us I don't know where we go to another dimension they couldn't see me but I could see them

So I kind of figured that she was right there with me watching so I started talking to her and I wanted to know that she was okay she's better now and she probably wasn't high on morphine anymore which was a cool thing but yeah I was glad that I walked into her room when I walked in I'm glad that everything happened the way that it happened so she was not alone

For me if I die alone I die alone it's not a big deal because I know that whatever happens I'm moving on someplace and if I don't I don't I'm not going to worry about it and I don't want anybody else to worry about it because I'm pretty sure that we move on into another dimension and from everything that I have experienced in life and seen and heard and felt I believe that I am right but I would never want anybody to die alone because you're scared and that just is not right they need feel as if they are secure that they are safe when that happens

For most of my life, I've said that I couldn't care less about the circumstances regarding my passing from this plane of existence.

That viewpoint changed earlier this year when I had a "widow maker" heart attack, twice going into cardiac arrest, then being brought extremely violently and horrifically painfully back to life.

I should be gone.
I was cheated out of my eternal peace by those who resuscitated me.

I'm terrified that I'm going to have to once again suffer the horrific physical pain of another heart attack in order to exit this world.
I've had numerous cases of severe angina since then that don't go away with the use of nitro.
The intense pain just gradually subsides over the course of some hours back to a state of always being noticeably painful.

Since the original VFIB heart attack and SCA, I've taken numerous additional ambulance rides and sat in packed ER waiting rooms too many times for way too many hours to then only be told, "You're all right, go home."

I felt terribly lonely during the heart attack, especially so during the resuscitations from cardiac arrest, and also during the angina episodes that happen since the main show occurred earlier this year, even though other humans were and usually have been present.

I guess that everybody dies alone.

No. I’m a pretty big risk taker and I enjoy adventure- a lot of times I like to think I laugh into the face of death itself.

But two weeks ago when my doctor said “I’m referring you to an oncologist” it sure as hell felt better to know my wife was with me.

Yeah because I've always resented guys having to be the ones to court women and ask the woman out and be the initiator and that's not to say my dating life has completely been non-existent I've only have had two relationships but one of them felt like a true relationship the other one was more of a friendship

Ditto. The reality is most die in hospital and there is no certainty your wife and kids are going to be there at the time.

I'm not sure if I am too worried about the alone or not part, but I've read a lot of near death experiences and they're interesting. It gives you a change of perspective to not be afraid of it.

No. Because I'm not lonely. I have many people who love and care about me. But I'm not afraid of dying single either. If that happens then that's just the way the cards fell.
