Honesty this is one the things I never really enjoyed and avoid. The back of the car is cramped, not very comfortable, plus if it was my own car I'm very conscious about the seats (I got a girl get really annoyed about this, that I prioritized keeping the seats clean).

I just think there are better times and places for that, although I saw online there are people who like to enjoy themselves in the back of a limo while it's driving (not sure about how much truth or feasibility of this one).

Last time I had sex in a car was when I was 15. I was getting a ride home from a party by my cousin who was then 26.
