We have this electric current flowing through our body of energy and when you love somebody and your emotions and that energy peak together it's so beautiful and when you become one with that person it is even 10 times more beautiful and it gets ingrained into your body your soul your spirit your mind your heart everything and you never forget I mean you don't forget anything really as far as I'm concerned not unless you want to but there's always that moment that it comes up you know you might think about it and it's the same time you don't dwell on it you let it go if you understand the reasoning why it ended and all this stuff you can't let yourself be held back with anything it is what it is and you either work and make it work or you just let it go but there will be moments that it will pop up yes

No that's not a bad thing guys I had relationships with I still remember them but all the the good times BL CK out the bad and make sure I know it over with it's fine to remember good times with a old lover no harm in that as long as you know it's only a memory

Yes and no. I have one ex who I thought was “the one who got away” from 10 years ago. It took me a VERY long time to stop thinking about her literally at some point every day.

But I also am recovering from an addiction. And I’ve become much more educated about “fantasy” addiction. Much more familiar with the tricks my brain plays on me to look at certain past experiences with rosy glasses.

I also now realize how she at one point had a fantasy issue about she looked at me when we were dating. Despite my best efforts to be genuine she was portraying her fantasy of what she thought I was at the time. She was “in love” with her fantasy which isn’t the same as being in love with the real me.

You know, there was a girl I was into in high school, she’s actually the reason I joined this site many years ago, looking for advice and such. Well it never panned out and ended pretty bad.

And yes, I do still think about her, and it still pains me a little to think about how things went. It was really bad for me for a while, but as life got better, so did I… I definitely deserve better.
