Should I stop staying with him at his place?

So my boyfriend and I have been together for about 2 years. I’d stay the weekend and winter break over at his house usually. Well we were talking about our future together and he said he never wants me, or anyone else for that matter, to move in. That confuses me and I feel like maybe he was just being nice by letting me stay over. Do you think I’m correct in my thinking (that I should stop staying over)?
