How would you feel If your boyfriend or husband wore height increasing shoes or insoles because they were embarrassed of their height?

My girlfriend 5'5 usually likes the height difference we have, even though she's only 2 inches shorter than me I'm 5'7. Since she usually enjoys wearing boots i wear my work boots whenever she also wears hers so the height difference would still somewhat be there.

How would you feel if you saw that your partner was embarrassed of their height though? Would you find it disappointing or embarrassing that they try to make up for it in some way?

His height/ and adjustments wouldn't make me think badly of him
I'd just prefer it if he didn't use height increasing shoes/insoles
Would much rather be with a man that didn't think badly of his height
