When you fall in love with people do you care if they're conventionally attractive (like supermodels or famous actors) or not?

For me, looking back, none of my girlfriends were even close to conventional beauty standards, and my current girlfriend isn't either. And before anyone says anything, I myself am also nowhere close to those beauty standards. Lol.

Not saying that they're ugly or that I find them unattractive. It's just when you put them side by side by a famous supermodel or actor they're not even close. Likewise if I myself was put next to a supermodel.

On their own they looked great, but it's just when you make a side by side comparison to someone who fits all the conventional beauty standards. Like if a celebrity has a perfect body AND perfect face, they might've had just one or the other or maybe not even.

NOT to say this is a bad thing though! Personality definitely adds a lot to appearance, cliche but true. So an average person with an amazing personality is 100x better than a person who would rank a 10/10 with a godawful personality.

Also, another thing worthy of note, almost all of those "perfect" celebrities get a shitton of surgery and wear tons of makeup to look as good as they do. If you saw them before surgery and without makeup they would look the same as the rest of us.

As a whole I probably prefer those average looking women anyway (including my current girlfriend obviously) as they seem to be more authentic, while those "10/10 perfect women" often seem kind of snobby and too self-absorbed. With straight up ugly women I'd struggle to feel attracted, but average is really easy to feel attracted, really! In fact I'd go as far as to say most women I meet or see are attractive except for a few rare ones who are especially ugly. No offense to them as people, just talking about pure attraction here.
