Just if people tried being a adult. Many people simply like drama. If it’s something that doesn’t matter do yourself a favor… and walk away. Some things aren’t worth it and you’re not going to reason with a person whose unreasonable.

For people who are mature once they calm down they can express their thoughts, feelings, opinions, etc. And go from there… Do not engage in silly ass nonsense with people.

I think the key is respect , logic , to understand that rarely is something black / white , never attack the individual , and look to the middle ground , so I'd say gently , respectfully.
