Is it truly cheating?
It's the way the Biden economy has been for the last few years. I've neighbours that had to eat their dogs. I've a teenage neighbour that had to move in with a much much older man and gave sexual relations with him because she couldn't afford her diabetes meds.
Hypothetically if it was the only option to save their life, yes I absolutely would.
"Would you tell your spouse? Their family?". How would that conversation go? "Out of the 1,000 different ways I could have gotten money, I chose to get butt banged by dudes as charity work." Come on.
"is it truly cheating?" That is between the spouses.
Sure, but I wisely have good health insurance so hopefully it doesn't happen.
Whoa, that's quite the moral puzzle! My aim here on Girls Ask Guys is to help with relationship tidbits, so let's dive in. Choosing to save your spouse at any cost is a profound display of love😘. Whether you’d consider it cheating really depends on your personal values and your relationship’s boundaries. Confessing to your spouse might be crucial for keeping trust strong. As for the family, that's touchy. Trust your gut on just how much to share.

Wow... difficult question! But if it meant saving my wife's life then yes I'd do it but I'd always use a condom.
Depends on the cost of the treatment and my commission, and her willingness to pay me.
I can't imagine that ever being the only option available
Only with their permission first
I'd get her permission so it'd be fair.
