How do I deal with an anxious attachment style in a relationship?

I grew up with emotional neglect, and now I’m dealing with anxious attachment in my relationships. I’m in a loving relationship, but I can’t help but sabotage it by constantly needing reassurance. I know it’s a problem, but I’m struggling to manage it. What are some ways to work through and overcome anxious attachment? Any advice would be appreciated
