I was scrolling on Instagram and I came up with a couple videos that it shows he liked, I thought it was weird and asked my friend about it, she said that she noticed the same thing. We are very close in communication and if I was do to something like that it would not be okay to him, and as we are so close, I wouldn't say it's quite cheating but it makes me uncomfortable to know he's liking videos like that. He's the type of guy to let me see his phone as if he has nothing to hide, I haven't looked at it since forever because I trust him. But this? It's just weird and not like him, is this a normal thing for guys to do? Should I confront him?

It probably isn't a big deal , but it can be disrespectful to your relationship with him if he continues doing it after you talk to him about it.
