Is making a fake account to test your spouse wrong or does it depend on what happened?

My husband cheated for a very long time. When we became long distance it happened way more times than I know about. So I did make a fake Instagram and I’m talking to him as a random girl I found online. I know call me all the names you can think of. Some of you will say I should just leave but a part of me wants to know what/how he thinks and I’m seeing this as an opportunity to get answers to a lot of the lies he told me. What do you guys think? Judge or not idc just curious who else has done this and what people think of this.
p. s. I do feel bad but I am actually getting some kind of fkd up closure bc he is spilling the beans like never before. He lied about so much so I’m taking this chance. Any advice?

You deserve someone better. He will never change. He’s cheated and you don’t trust him anymore, that’s why you made the fake account. If there’s no trust, there’s no relationship anymore.
Only you can decide what you want to do, if you want closure and to find out what he’s lied about (because he won’t tell YOU to your face, but he might tell fake you about it) it’s up to you. Do what you need to do. There’s no judgment here. But like I said you deserve better than him.
