What would you do if your partner made a “couple account” on social media without your knowledge?

Just found out that my boyfriend might have made a new account of “us”. The account has intimate details about me (like my full name, age, etc) and photos that I’ve only sent to my boyfriend (not explicit but still it’s not something I’m comfortable sharing online). It’s making me feel uncomfortable because the captions used are objectifying me, even if the photos are just normal photos of me. It’s also making it appear like we’re in an open relationship and is looking for a “player 3” if you know what I mean. I don't know what to do about this… I’ve showed my boyfriend the profile and he was shocked then walked out to come down. But it just all seems suspicious…
