Why is my fiance’s ex thing watching all what I do on Instagram?

I have been with my fiance for two years, I am F27 and he is M30.

Recently a girl I don't even know, I don't know if it is an ex, a friend, someone he has been dating or tried to date or who it is other than she knows him who lives abroad in a country he used to live in a couple of years ago has started to watch my every instagram story.

hey don't follow each other on instagram, I have a couple of mutuals with her (his male friends), they only follow each other on tiktok.

I don't need if I need to let it slide and it doesn't mean anything.

But I feel like women don't do something on accident, who watches someone's story especially from their own profile if they don't want that someone to know. But even if I do something then what, because I don't want a man to think I am fighting over him or putting him on a pedestal, being/acting crazy over/because of a man.
