A real relationship should be number one equal effort and not controlling. Because you can’t force someone into being the person you want if someone just is too easy to be who you want they are probably pretending and have a darker agenda.

People should know what they want out of a relationship….. That’s fine. People should discuss things like relationship roles before they get too serious to see whose compatible.

So it depends on what you mean by decision making.

Some decisions are made by me after she issues qualifying parameters.
Smaller decisions we might make independently, probably notify the other later.
