Why is it when you people cheat they feel bad yet they knew what they were doing?

Simple mech, coming from a X cheater, your brain has a chemical imbalance atm so the way you're thinking is little off. No excuse any case, They are looking for something they don't need to find. If a cheater never found it they would go to something else that gives them pleasure. What I am saying is, this your body has a reaction to that person, in ways that your partner lost. Due to many things in the household. Such as them no listening on little things or caring about things you care about. Another example is house cleaning if you like to keep if nice and clean and he does (in your head) His dead level best to dirty it up. So you goto him asking him to please not make such a mess, please try and do better. Well (what he hears is) I had a rough day at work and I come home to this. wow thats nice. she's trying to get your attention get you to understand that in order for us to live together, There needs to be some open communication. Where nothing is assumed and your able to clear your thoughts. Cause after a while both parties loose interest in touching (no sex) involved just light I Love you's. While your in the kitchen or his doing something like playing a game or fixing something. So then it gets worse. cause one part now is feeling pretty bad while the other is not its like they don't care (in your head). So you want to talk to someone about it (Like girlsaskguys. com) or some facebook post. Where you find a guy who is dealing with the same thing or a flirt who does not care your married and just wants in those pants. But his attention is what is drawing you back each time. When you do see him his always so clear about his wants (not sex yet). He complaints your clothes something the partner has not done in sometime. He job (role) is to make you feel as special as he can knowing that once you open up to him. He has your body under his control. Your mind is horny with desire for someone who is giving you the attention you want. But Here is the biggest problem & the answer to the question above. Why do you still do you fell bed and still do it. It because of your body's need for confront and attention. You're releasing the pent of stress and emotions for a while. Then when you get it out of your body your mind instantly clears. (and you're lying in a bed naked) Going oh god I did it again. Why are you so stupid why do you let this happen each time. Then you start bombing yourself with regret after regret but your already hooked on it. Like a drug. The only way to stop is to (want to) easy as it sounds. Don't stop listening to the voice chat saying I need you (or whatever they say). Listen to them but be around your husband or your partner when you do. So that the desire to respond or go is not a direct pull. Tell your partner you're having a lot of problems and he or she needs to hold you tight, or you mint fly away. Stuff like that where it grounds you. (if you have a kid) Always be around the child when you look at it. that why your brain attaches (no) each time & then boom one day you wake up and you just block them. Or just say NO more I'm done. and most of the time (they leave before that) cause they not getting kitty.

A person who actually loved their partner would never cheat, it's as simple as that.. the only reason a cheater stays with the person they cheated on is because they realized they can't do better.
