Just depends on how amazing his first relationship is , Guys’ tend to take commitment more serious then girls’ tend to. When a guy gives his heart to a girl and treats her like Gold , the love he has her will last a lifetime , if she treats him like Gold as well. For some men and even some women it’s true. But people need boundaries unfortunately what happens is some people drop their boundaries too soon for someone whose pretending to be someone they’re not. It's true of all humans. But we don't only love once, just differently.

The first girl I ever truly fell in love with I've not seen or spoken to in about 38 years. But I can honestly say if I heard today she was in trouble I'd move heaven and earth to help her. That's how you know it's love not lust. I never dated her. Never even went for coffee with her. She was a friend when I was a teenager and I wish we could have been more but I'm not saddened we weren't.

My wife died last year. We loved and lived for over 20 years. The love I had for her was deeper and different than for the other girls I've loved.
