For me YES. But I've gotten over every relationship pretty easily. I don't dwell on the past.
That said, your first love was a meaningful change in one's life. It meant a lot, in most cases it may have been the first time you experienced many of these feelings. You don't forget these things because it may have shaped who you are today. But that doesn't mean your still linked to that person, your linked to the memories. And that is my take, so yes, I am over her, just not over the experience!

I'm sure glad I've done, countless times. Especially if I realised something like "oh nuts, they eat sushi" vomits 🤮🤢🤮 among similar things. So that's how I also always easily move on from women or lose interest in women if I notice "bad quality" of W X Y Z and so on. I've also always made it known, I am fussy. I am picky. 👋🏻👋🏻
Yes, they do. Just like girls eventually do it. They’ll come up in the back of the mind once in a while but it’ll fizzle with time.

Mine was when I was 17 and yes I got over her. She was a cutey, but I got over her when I met my wife to be.
It has been many years but every once in a while I go by some place that we went to together and I can't help but think of her.
I never stopped feeling love for her, but I did move on. Sometimes I still think about her and wonder how she is doing. I wish her the best and hope she is happy.
It hurts but if you fully look at it wasn't as good as you make it out in your head
