They do. But your first love holds a special place in his heart. So I guess you could say, a guy will get over his first love, but he won't ever forget her either. It does change with time. I look back on my first love as a cherished memory. It's a memory of the first time someone really meant something to me. It's special. But yes, a guy will get over it.
