If you both believe in God and you both have faith in God , then yes keeping God in your relationship is a good thing , to keep you both on the same page with things , No relationship is perfect, but having God as your savior can help you both in your marriage, if you both choose to accept God into your lives. But never force your religion and your beliefs onto your partner whatsoever. Me personally never forces my religion onto anyone else , I have no problem explaining why I choose God and why I believe in God to anyone that asks me , but I never demand anyone to believe in what I believe. One thing I am not , is a hypocrite , because I didn’t always believe in God , it took me time to accept God into my life. Whether I am right or wrong it doesn’t matter , I choose to live my life knowing there is a Heaven instead of just living my life until I die and that’s it. Otherwise, my relationship with what I know as god is important to me and if I were to enter into a romantic relationship with another person, that wouldn’t necessarily effect them but it would be something that would be part of our shared lives and experiences.
