Do you entrust your love life to God?

I don’t stress or worry if a guy does not show interest because I know God has the final say on who I end up with and how things will go when we are together.

Sort of? Like... I have my struggles with God.

I try not to rely on him too much. For one, I don't always "fully" trust him. Second, as much as it sounds like a contradiction, I want to try to "help" in some small way. I don't want to make it harder than it has to be to "pull off" something that will benefit us both.

I believe (up to a point) the adage "God helps those who help themselves." I think we have to do what we can to help, just in case.

If I sat in the basement all day, never went out, didn't work (or only worked alone), got morbidly obese, never showered or shaved, never changed my clothes, lived as a hoarder... and just let myself "go to pot"... I think God COULD still put some gorgeous model in my life who thinks sweaty obese stanky men are hot. But I'm not trying that. I'm still going to network, date, meet people. Go outside. Try to get and keep jobs. Do my best to be interesting and fun to hang with. Yes, for myself, too... but I don't want to make it harder to date. Or harder for him to put women in my life.

And if that's your philosophy that each rejection isn't personal or doesn't worry you because you think God has your back and will still provide (and it works, great) - Just as long as it doesn't become a "crutch." I know people who are just a little lazy about it and they just say "God will provide." That's nice, but maybe God wanted you to get that job and cut back on the drinking, and that was how he was going to provide (not saying this is you, it does happen with some people).

God/The Great Central Sun, gave us all Free Will. How we use our Free Will, and how others use it, affect our lives. Doing nothing IS using your Free Will, as you are CHOOSING not to chose, which affects your life and others.

God created Our Universe with Love and Free Will. Use your Free Will to Love!

Not necessarily. We all have free will and can go our own way and away from God's will. And that leaves room for us to make plenty of mistakes. However, if you let God provide you with a mate, you will probably have a very satisfying and love-filled marriage/relationship. But as I said, any time you can still mess things up by not following God's will.
