I’ve been both the cheater and the one who got cheated on but honestly, I’d rather get cheated on. I learned my lesson from having cheated in the past and the guilt just kills you. Getting cheated on hurts sooo much more but at least you can walk away being the better person in the situation.

I think if I were forced to choose, I'd pick to be cheated on. I don't think i have it in me to ever cheat on my partners.

I have been cheated on before and while it hurt, I wouldn't want to ever do that to someone else. I would feel guilty for the rest of my life and mourn losing my partners.

Yea the way I look at it is , it’s their loss , I don’t think I am perfect , but I know I am an awesome person with a big heart, People and friends’ compliment my personality all the time , I hate talking about myself , but when you receive a lot of compliments from others’ it tells ya something about yourself. , plus I know I treat people the same way I like to be treated in return , especially in a relationship , I prioritize her the same way I hope she prioritizes me. I don’t get into relationships to be single and to cheat. I get into a relationship because I am choosing her the same way I hope she is choosing me. If she lies to me or betrays me , yes I will be hurt and sad that she did that ton me , and I sometimes use to blame myself for her cheating , until I realized I wasn’t the one to blame, that’s her own problem, not mine , and she will offer the consequences of her selfish actions , My thing is , if things aren’t going great in our relationship , then the respectful thing to do is talk to your partner about it first, before assuming you know the answer. There were times I sensed my partner was up to no good , but instead of accusing her immediately , I just expressed my concerns to her hoping she would give me an honest answer. If she chooses to lie to me , then again that’s on her , if she wants to string me on and lie to my face on a steady basis , again that’s her problem , I still treat her the way i want to be treated. If I find out the truth that she has been lying to me I lose all respect for her and she no longer means shit to me. I realize she isn’t the girl for me period and then I move on to someone else hoping the new girl was better than the last. One thing people need to understand , is when we get into a relationship with someone , it doesn’t mean you own the person , they are their own person that make their own choices in life , if she is choosing me , I will choose her , but if she walks away , I just let her go , because
