How do you access your saved questions?

I see no way of doing it. If you ask more than you are allowed they say you have reached your limit, but you can save it for later. But when you go to find that saved question it is nowhere in sight. So how do you do it? Or will it come up when you are allowed to ask it again?

Why would anyone save a question

Because you can only ask so many questions a day, after which you are not allowed to ask any more until the next day. So I went through all the trouble to write one out and it couldn't be asked so I tried using the "Save question" button but I can't find it now. I think G@G should let you know you are over your limit before you ask it, as soon as you hit the "Ask" button, but noooooooo!
