I have left one, and I missed two of my coworkers. One, she was a really good friend, but when you leave that sometimes causes communication slow down or stop. You know the whole out of sight therefore out of mind. Eventually she and I started chatting again.

The other was a man I really liked, and he sort of made a move on my last day then he regretted it the next morning. We had a fight over it, and we didn't talk for almost a year.

yeah I see there's one girl I work with. we work together a lot-same team. when I told her im leaving, she seems upset, said I will miss you. what happened was later I told her I might stay (if our manager said it was okay). when I told her she got very happy. said it was the best news, kept messaging/texting me what our manager said. the day I told her I might stay I could tell she got visibly a lot happier. another coworker asked her why she looked so happy, and she told him its because I might stay. anyways, our manager said they already had another person to replace me when I had asked, so no. she got sad again. I even told her not much of my work will go to her. she said thats good but shell still miss me. told me multiple times. im not sure if shell miss me so much as a good friend or because she likes me. I have her number, we text a lot during work ( about work and personal stuff). I've already left now, I miss her too, but im not sure if I should just make a move and ask her out. when she was sad and all I told her we can keep in touch which we agreed too.
