Why does most of the GaG community have delusions about social interactions, sex safety, human biology, and dating/relationship expectations?

This isn't meant as an insult, I'm genuinely confused why the entirety of your social circles are so awful that you are that jaded about love, romance, compatibility, self and partner value, status, income, etc, and don't seem to care about legitimate mental compatibility, physical attraction, or comfort.

Why do these people not view relationships as "friendship plus"?

I've seen people call it a transaction, or a game, or a drug, or some kind of thing you just put up with, or manipulate, or make sacrifices or compromises for.

I've seen claims of "practicing reckless sex safely: or talking about monogamy like its a trap.

Thats not love, people.

I suspect for many their "relationships" consist solely of raging hormone infatuation encounters, built upon nothing but lust, and when those repeatedly fail they blame "all men" or "all women" when in reality they have not even genuinely known one. For others, they missed the red flags either from an aforementioned hormonal stupor or just from naivete and been played, falling into the same "all men" or "all women" are like that trap. And some have suffered from far worse and find it hard to trust.

For those with delusional expectations, they spend too much time watching "influencers" and believe absurdities like a wealthy single guy who owns a business, owns a couple of houses, and has a mid-six figure income is looking for a depressed single mom of 3+ who is deep in debt and needs a bailout. Or the guy working the night shift at Taco Bell with no future ambitions deserves a wealthy super model.

I think most of the time, those people do that because if they did anything else then they would have to acknowledge that their failure to be in a good relationship is at least partially their own fault.

I don't think most of the gag community is like that though, I think it's just an extremely loud minority.
