I know this is bit old school but was wondering if people still music list for people who they love?

You mean that you send them a list of music titles that YOU like?

Unless you know their music style or what specific songs they like, I probably would not send the title of songs or pieces of music I like since my taste is a little odd compared to the mainstream of today's majority of people.

I am into classical music and if someone sends me a list of those pieces of cacophony, "boom boom boom" or monologue recitation without any background sound, I would probably not like it too much. Unfortunately, today, if a singer does not scream, he or she is not considered a good singer and anything else but heavy metal screeching sounds is not considered music.
