What do you do if guy won't say he wants to be exclusive but gets agressive and mad if you meet someone else for sex?

My FB doesn't want sex as much as I do and we argue about it as I say I love hanging out with him but I have needs. He wants to hang out with me everyday and gets angry if I say no to him coming over. He then says we not exclusive or in a relationship and he doesn't owe me sex and he's even said go elsewhere. But then he's jealous seeing me text my other FBs. I've started going out to meet them when he's over because well he's over all the time and I say I have needs and if he won't satisfy me I'll go get my needs met. Well last night he went mad! Like wanting to hit me mad cos he was so angry. And he says I shouldn't meet some other guy whilst we hanging out but I say he's always over (and angry if I say no) so I have no choice. He's calm now and we had a good day and even sex. But he won't talk about what to do because he won't ask to be exclusive and agree to my needs but then he can't go getting jealous if I don't have time for him whilst I look for a FB that will give me my needs?

I di want a relationship. Not with him tho. He is - was - just the substitute and there were many aspects I love like friendship side and cuddles but no he is not healthy to be around at all and rhe lack of meeting my needs just the pinnacle of why this can't work.
