What makes a woman ask her significant, about his vision in life, knowing that she knows it all?

I have a girlfriend of a year now, from the early stage she asked me about my vision in life, goals, plans for us and myself, and we this topic brought up a couple of times after but more in a casual convo...

Now all the plans and goals and vision I've put was slightly postponed or put on hold due to things happened out of control which is actually war and loans and all of that together which made me stuck in my place literally due to the out of hand circumstances... and she knows it all every detail about my whole life during this year and how my future is gonna look like after... she knows the circumstances she know how my life been during this year as well as she know my vision and what im gonna do in my life...

Yesterday she came to me asking super direct question which is whats my vision... I was like what? Why would you ask this? And she was like I want to know so I know where we're heading and for her to feel safe...

To her she wanted to know so she would feel safe in her future with me..

And to me, I was like you know everything youve been through all what im going through and you know out of control were things, why would you ask me this.. you already know every plan I have for us and also know how circumstances literally brought me below ground... and thats where the debate kept going and going and fighting etc...

My question is if she knows every little thing what is making her feel worried about her future with me, why would she bring this topic up out of nowhere..

Note: I know how vision is important for a woman to know who is she with. I already have a vision for everything...

Plans can always be subject to change or be affected by some random occurrence in life, shit happens. She just seems to want some reassurance or to better see if your plans are still the plan.
