How do you think gender relations could improve?

I have noticed quite a few people on here are not always happy with the ways guys or girls treat one another so I split this question into two categories one for if your a guy or girl responding and the second what would you expect of the opposite gender. (I understand that this topic can be very emotional for some so please try to keep all comments in a respectful manor after all we are all human and sometimes it just takes a little love and kindness to fix our broken hearts)

People could start with using real communication and not relying on texting, messaging apps etc and don't get me started on emojis. Some people are only one small step away from sending smoke signals to each other.
