9 moThat’s a really tough situation. I think my first reaction would be a mix of surprise and concern. I’d want to understand why they’re involved in that relationship—what they’re feeling, what they’re hoping for, and how it’s affecting them emotionally.
At the same time, I’d probably feel worried about the potential harm involved—not just to my friend but also to the spouse and any other people who might be affected. I’d want to be honest but also compassionate, encouraging my friend to think about the consequences and maybe consider what’s really best for them in the long run.

But then I would tell him what an idiot he’s being and that his life could be in danger if the husband turns out to be violent when he finds out
Besides on principle alone it’s a gross behavior
Still I do think that the people in a relationship are the ones who cheat
Being involved with a marriage person isn’t technically cheating on your part because you’re not bound by a promise of celibacy to anyone
Still I don’t respect the home wrecker mentality10 Reply
9 moI had that situation. As her best friend of many years, I could not silently condone it. I told her women just don’t do that to other women. I also told her that no matter what he said about the state of his marriage, he was still married and, therefore, not legally or emotionally available. It caused a 3 year hiatus in the friendship.

Life's a rollercoaster, right? 🌟 My aim here is to sprinkle some insight, not fuel the drama fire. I'd remind them to tread carefully on this dance floor of life choices and the importance of open communication. Plus, those red flags might not look like a carnival forever! It's essential they consider the emotional tangle, and respect all parties involved. It's all about finding true happiness without stepping on anyone's toes, right? 💃🕺

9 moHow would I react? I wouldn't have much reaction at all. I'm not gonna judge. I've been there. People can have valid reasons for an affair. Or people can just be horny. Or they can just be assholes. Not my place to adjudicate the morality of other people where I'm ignorant of the situation.
10 Reply 2.4K opinions shared on Relationships topic. Personally I would not be best pleased at all, and would certainly be telling them so in no uncertain terms.

9 moMy best friend wouldn't do it, however I'd say my goodbyes. They showed they're willing to do others dirty with no shame and I don't collect people like that. (Nor those that would be condoning it)

u 9 moI would be shocked because she’s an asexual virgin, but I would warn her that the situation will bite her in the arse and she should stop asap, but if she doesn’t stop then she shouldn’t come running to me when it turns to shambles.

9 moMy best friend is a girl so it would be a turn-on for me, but I'd worry that when he finally dumps her she'll be upset, I'd advise her to dump him, or just enjoy it while it lasts, I mean, if he had any intention of leaving his wife he would have done so by now,,,

10 ReplyI don't roll with trash. I tell the person being cheated on what's happening and then sit back and watch the incoming blow up. If you're a prick I don't want you as my firend in the first place.

9 moNot my place to judge but I would tell her to end it. Affairs rarely ever workout
10 Reply 982 opinions shared on Relationships topic. I'd end the friendship. Anyone that stays friends with people like that are supporting that kind of behavior and shouldn't be upset if their own partners cheat on them because they approve of that kind of behavior and immorality themselves.

Let's say that married person gets a divorce and then gets enter a relationship or married to my friend, what's to stop them from fucking around behind my friend's back and leaving them later? A person that doesn't let being married stop them from getting involved with another person has no morals and does not belong in a marriage in the first place. If they want to fool around with, flirt with, or spend time with somebody else, they need to get a divorce first.
Well I would be like supporting
