Should I give my boyfriend another chance?

Just a quick summary: he lied to me about knowing this girl and she had told me that nothing had happened between them and that they’ve only known each other for a few days and I’ve never met before and he said that he reached out to her first just to become friends because he was looking to meet new people, but it was nothing like that Nothing romantically and he didn’t like her like that but he still lied about her to me when I asked him.

That’s where the fight started and we got into this big argument and he ended up blocking me but then unblocked me a day later and talked it out out with me.

I’m having a very hard time through all of this right now trusting him after all this and he said that he wants to take it slow between us and he wants to regain my trust back. But I don’t know how to even think because I’m so hurt and angry still and he knows that but he’s also very supportive with it.

If he lied about it ask why. If the answer is reasonable like he KNEW you'd flip out because it's a girl then perhaps he was right to NOT tell you since platonic relationships are possible.

If it's an omission or his interest in her outside of the relationship then that could be a reason to stat apart.

I forgot to mention that he did tell me that he was willing to remove her from his social media if I didn’t believe him.
