I have came here to Europe i can't not make a friend and especially girlfriend i try to go to places and when i find a good moment to talk a girl and tell her i find her interesting I get stress and my heart beat fast scared from reaction I know her reaction won't do anything physically to me but due to my high value dignity and shy too i miss chances and i blame my self so bad now im back home next few days without having a girlfriend here.. so please, no more fun do you have any comments about this shit i go from.. sorry for my English

That's normal and likely for your personality.

You have to learn to not care. You cannot let her presence "de frame you". Practice, working on inner self, stop caring so much. Just be about "sharing what you have" and being your best. Focus on what you can give, not what you can get.

Practice getting out of your comfort zone and being successful by approaching groups of women, even ones you don't care about or even guys and not caring the result. only that you had a positive engagement. Learn to have good intentions and energy.

You have to grow up.

Europe seems complicated relationally, not sure how anyone connects. but they do.

There's a lot of "scammy" type stuff in Europe so people may be more on guard. But girls want guys as well, and they are out there. Saw them all over when visitied and some places more than others.

I'm not familiar with "not like get noticed by people". These things come from your personality and upbringing... what you experienced as a child. You are slowly growing out of your shell to go out and find love and reproduce. You maybe are just getting started. That is normal process, some get out of their shell faster, others takes long time.
