Do you like being by yourself or prefer to be in a relationship?

I've always been happier being with someone and truthfully, I think the majority of humans desire it. We're social creatures and would prefer someone to sail through life with, share experiences with, laugh and cry together with, and maybe start a family with. It's much more satisfying and fulfilling than doing things on your own.

Now, I'm not saying not to learn to be comfortable with yourself and to be content on your own. But what I am saying is that having a compatible partner that you share all aspects of your life with; your highs and lows, and someone you know genuinely has your back through thick and thin. There's no better feeling of satisfaction, although some may take it for granted while they have it.

I hate the people trying to sell the narrative of it being better to be single.

As a relationship coach, I'm a big believer in the joys of companionship, but there's something magical about embracing your introverted side too. A relationship can offer some serious warm fuzzies, but flying solo lets you connect with yourself on a deep level. It's all about balance, like a perfectly brewed cup of coffee – sometimes you need that sweet cream, and other times, just a bold shot of espresso. 😉

Or here are other people to be lonely or not , to be lonely  I do miss being romantic touching, very essential, the smell of a woman that communication between both of course, I would like to be with someone at the same time. I haven't put myself out there to do that yet little-by-little. I have moments. Day by day minute by minutes whatever by whatever. It will happen

I loved being with my Patrick John in our relationship. But since that's not possible I am enjoying being alone.
I've been alone for most of my life and I seem to do well with it. I enjoy my own company.
My home health nurse and I were talking about this and she's getting a divorce that's taking years so she's been alone for a while and she loves it!! She never wants to be in a relationship again.

I love being in a relationship. But I also like a certain amount of alone time.

I am retired but my wife still works part time at her salon business in town. She also belongs to a couple of groups that have meetings two evenings a week. So she is gone four days a week and gets home between 6:30 and 9:00, depending on the day.

I like being alone on those days, but I'm also happy when she is home.

When I was single as a young man, I liked being single.

I somehow ended up marrying 32 years ago.

My wife is now very close to the end of her fight with brain cancer.

I'm terrified of being alone going forward.

I prefer a relationship but I can handle being on my own. A lot of men now are not manly and don't keep their word. So for the most part a dildo replaces the need for one.. I like talking and flirting with guys but the majority are not worth fucking or being tied to..

Relationship is really just being close to another human, ideally having their back adn they have yours... and sharing and building life. it shouldn't be so dang difficult. our society has made it difficult and miserable for so many.

Id spend time in some other cultures so you can see, it isn't so hard for them, absorb what they have. It's all emotional/mental/training issues.

Both have their benefits, I'm married now and pregnant. I love having someone to share my life with. Someone I wake up next to, but when you are single you have so much free time and can go on the craziest adventures. I think what I prefer is dependent on the phase of like I'm in. Right now I'm in my cozy maternal era, back in my early 20s i was in my party girl era

I'd prefer to be in a relationship!! I've already BEEN alone most of my life!! Although, I CAN get a lot more done alone, I'd much rather have someone in my life that can, and usually does, inspire me (just by being with me) to GET more done. It's almost like I'm doing it for them rather than myself.
