I have been in a huge funk lately and i truly have no clue how to get out of it. i don’t go out of my house much anymore, i don’t talk to friends, i don’t have any friends, im in my house all the time. in November of 2025 i quit my job because it was driving me crazy. i worked at a call center and the call volume was insane and i couldn’t take it anymore. the job also micromanaged every employee and it was ridiculous. it was giving me major anxiety so i had quit. now i am jobless and it’s been very hard to find anything. i have been in a relationship for a while already and I don't know if he is causing my funk also. so i have complained a lot to him for a year about being friends with a girl. he didn’t tell me about her and i found out on my own, i complained about it everyday for a year. we barely talk anymore, when i call him he will ignore me and we barely hangout either. if he answers my call he is hanging out with friends and will hang up on me if i tell him that he chooses them over me. which is also something i complain about too. i complained about him hanging out with two girls (in a group setting) then i noticed us not hanging out much anymore so i started to complain about that too. so i am very depressed lately and i have zero clue how to get out of it. i dont know if my boyfriend is also a cause of the depression i am having. i could stop complaining and perhaps that will want him to hangout with me more but I don't know. i’m just so very sad lately. I don't know what to do please help me
